Showcasing Our Community Creations

Our creative community brings video to life in Reve in countless creative ways by turning their Reve images into cinematic sequences.

Watch how Amir brought this meaningful story about reimagining reality to life with Reve, and learn about his inspiration and creative process.

Tell us about what sparked the inspiration for your video. What does reimagining reality mean to you?

Reimagining reality is what sets humanity apart. Everything in the universe, just is; whereas humans look at what is, and imagine what could be. To reimagine reality isn’t just to generate images or text; It's the essence of the story of human innovation. To look at a stick and a stone, 2 separate objects, and imagine how it could help you hunt if you bind them together. Our inventions amount to nothing else than reimagining reality. To look at a tree, and not just see a tree, but to call it a tree, to call its material wood, and the particles that make them up; molecules.

Our language makes us stand still at the things we observe, and so we don’t just observe them, we understand them. We drew pictures on cave walls, and when we looked at ourselves as drawings, it might've given us a sense of perspective, we looked at ourselves and the things we did from the outside and we somehow understood. We understood that we could draw whatever we wanted in that image, and we asked a question that would change the world: “If we can imagine something that didn’t happen, why can’t it happen?”

So we made it happen.

Now, centuries later, AI has opened up a window for 2 of humanities most extraordinary qualities to be enhanced: language and visuals. We have always told stories with words, and we always drew images with whatever tools were available to us.

Building coming out of a book

How have creative tools like Reve supported your creative endeavors in video production?

Generative AI hasn’t just supported our creative endeavors in video production, it’s what made it possible in the first place. For a long time, ideas like ours couldn’t exist without massive budgets, you could have a genius imagination, but no way of executing. Generative AI has enabled us, and it will enable millions of others, who can now imagine a story and bring it to life.

Hands painting

The entry barrier to traditional filmmaking has always been high. You can film a vlog with your phone, sure; but for those of us who want to build worlds, there’s still a wall you can’t climb. You can’t take a picture of a black hole with your phone.

Black hole

These tools change that. They don’t replace creativity, they extend it. They make the impossible scenes reachable, even for traditional filmmakers. We don’t think AI will replace film; we think film is finally catching up to our imagination.

What excited you most about integrating video into Reve? How does this impact your creative process and workflow?

Our creative flow has always moved from idea → image → video. That’s how we think, we build the world visually before bringing it to life in motion. So having an image generation model that already understands the context of that world, and can extend it into video, feels incredibly natural.

Instead of jumping between disconnected tools, the process becomes more like directing a living image, the same system that painted the frame now understands how it should move. It’s not just faster, it’s more coherent. Each frame remembers where it came from, and where it’s going. And that’s what creativity should feel like: continuous.
But at the end of the day, it’s not really about the tools. The critics will state that AI can’t create real art. But give a non creative person a paintbrush, and suddenly the paintbrush is unable to create art too. So we conclude that it’s not about the tools, it’s about the people building with them.

Painting

It’s about the communities that form around a revolution that lets a large group of humans finally create. To turn imagination into something visible, together.
